Overview:

M.O.V.E. is a youth leadership and mentorship initiative dedicated to empowering Black, immigrant, and system-impacted youth through mentorship, leadership development, and culturally grounded programming. The organization creates spaces where young people can build confidence, develop leadership skills, and connect with community mentors.

DMCM’s Role
DMCM partnered with M.O.V.E. to develop a strong digital presence that reflects the organization’s mission and growing impact. Our work included designing and managing their website, developing social media strategies, creating marketing materials for youth programs and community events, and supporting storytelling efforts that highlight youth voices and community leadership.
